Insurance BPOST lost & break

Basic and Additional Insurance are insurance policies that cover the content of shipments in the event of damage or loss up to a maximum of € 500 and € 25,000. The documents are insured up to a maximum of 15 €.

The customer is responsible for determining the amount corresponding to the value of the contents of his package among the slices below.

If this insurance is used, the amount of coverage will depend on the actual value of the content in question for which proof of value or a purchase invoice will be required.

The insurance covers all types of content except softwares and antiques as well as content not authorized by bpost's Terms and Conditions.
